A two-day facilitation organized by our group to help you understand the practical aspects of strong leadership is a step towards achieving excellence in your professional careers. These two days will be full of immersive leadership experiences and will be based upon practical reviews (not theoretical) of key fundamentals of leadership. This will enable you to develop a practical action plan to enhance your leadership capabilities and to step into the future.
All of our speakers are real leaders and successful professionals currently leading highly skilled and professional teams in leading world industries such as healthcare, avionics, data sciences, etc. They will offer you a practical view of the basic fundamentals of leadership and will co-create with you a plan that will lead you to strong leadership in your current roles.
We will ensure that you are not left on your own after the course. You will be offered three mentoring/coaching sessions online with these professional mentors once every quarter to share your learning and experiences from the implementation and to enhance your performance.
